Manager of analytics and strategy.
Wayfair is searching for a vivacious, knowledgeable Manager to lead Strategic Analytics and assist the global functions of Project Management, Change Management, Quality, Coaching, Training, and Learning Experience Design. To support these programs, this person will be in charge of the strategic planning and execution that will offer data insights, functions, and tracking. To drive scalable strategic advancement in the program, we are looking for a Data Leader with a creative mindset toward using data to drive results.
How You'll Conduct Yourself.
- To advance data strategy development and alignment with corporate goals and growth projections, Wayfair must keep a laser-like focus on its customer service.
- This position's responsibilities include overseeing a group of data and business analysts working remotely, collaborating with stakeholders and project managers to determine needs, and applying tried-and-true methodologies to implement creative and innovative solutions.
- ownership of data functions, data tables, and reports generated by data analysis that highlight opportunities.
- To extract insights from data, continually develop algorithms and analytical models.
- Statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining are used to identify patterns and trends.
- to establish trusting connections with key stakeholders and collaborate with peer training leaders to enable consistency in programs with international peers.
- Consult with global stakeholders based on these findings. control the evaluation, reporting, and analysis of trends for the impact across the sites.
- The current data pipelines should be assessed, and new, reliable, and sustainable pipelines via APIs should be created as needed to ensure that the data used for analysis and insights are of the highest quality.
Requirements.
- a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business, engineering, information technology, or information systems.
- Experience in reporting and analytics for at least three to four years.
- To manage various reporting tools, tools like GBQ, Python, Google Studio/Tableau, SQL, and others are used.
- Ability to set strict technical/architectural standards in the native language of our business partners while influencing the strategic direction for reporting, analytics, and data quality capabilities.
- the ability to successfully manage change, provide leadership, and move a business forward in a rapidly expanding environment.
