 This job is a member of the IT team in the Information Technology Division.

 Your task is to establish a setting that enables Agile software development teams to produce platform application solutions that are of a high caliber, satisfy client requirements, and are delivered on schedule.   •  The matrixed teams in charge of completing projects and programs associated with the American Airlines Passenger Services System, particularly those involving infrastructure and governance, are under your direction to coach and mentor.

 The absolute necessities are education and work experience.

  •  It's necessary to have both relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, or a related field.
  •  software engineering, development, or a related field experience of at least seven years.
  •  5 years of team leadership experience in development, quality assurance, project management, and IT infrastructure.
  •  5 years of experience in project/program management, including delivering technology using Agile and DevOPs practices.
  •  showed morality and integrity of the highest order.

 Education and prior work experience are preferred qualifications.

  •  It is unquestionably advantageous to have knowledge of or experience in the airline industry or a related industry.
  •  an established track record of successfully delivering technology projects and programs to teams inside and outside the company, including third parties.
  •  demonstrated ability to arrive at solutions to difficult analytical problems and instruct others on how to do the same.
  •  Knowledge of resilient best practices for system support and the software development lifecycle.
  •  Experience supervising the development of system documentation (Disaster Recovery plans, functional and non-functional architecture, system interface, process flow, system flow, and data flow).
  •  familiarity with the front and backend systems for Sabre PSS, as well as the host TPF system.
