 In order to build the fundamental data management and reporting capabilities required to support and enhance the key operations of the international program, Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant to collaborate with the Third Party Operations Affiliates (TPOA) team in SCM.

•  The requirements for analysis and reporting to support the affiliate relationship management program's five lifecycle phases should be defined, designed, and put into practice.
•  Create routine and ad hoc reporting and analytics to support the needs of the organization and senior leadership.
•  Act as a link between business and technology by planning, carrying out, and supervising the requirements analysis and design of cutting-edge technological solutions.
•  You'll have the opportunity to interact with our Agile delivery team through exercises for requirements handoff and validation.
•  Required credentials are:.
•  5+ years of analytics experience, or the equivalent, as demonstrated by any one or a combination of the following: employment, education, training, and/or military service.

•  understanding of report creation and business intelligence applications (such as Microsoft Power BI or equivalent).
•  Ability to lead requirements-gathering sessions with technical and business partners to collect information needed to drive and document requirements for technical processes and reporting.
•  familiarity with relational database principles; the capacity to read, interpret, and write straightforward SQL scripts.
•  Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and achieve goals while working under pressure in a complex and changing environment.
•  Ability to collaborate and consult with peers and colleagues to solve problems and accomplish goals.
•  understanding of formal project management and change management processes, especially Agile and related methodologies.
•  having experience managing relationships with third parties, particularly those with affiliates.
