drives security strategy and security best practices while consistently demonstrating attention to compliance, privacy, and security for all technical solutioning, architecture, and guidance matters within the Security Technology Services organization. Serves as the subject matter expert and ambassador for Enterprise Information Security.

• utilizes and improves the standard CVS Health program solutions that are already in place, as well as identifies and develops new program capabilities to meet business objectives.
• simplifies service delivery in accordance with instructions by standardizing and rationalizing the Program's technology portfolio, optimizing investments, reducing operating costs and complexity.
• develops architectural design patterns that drive a high degree of automation in order to effectively integrate and scale across public cloud platforms, improve service delivery efficiency, and enable self-service.

Pay Range The following is a typical range for this position:

• Minimum: 140,000 at most: 280,000 Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in this job grade. Numerous factors, including location, will be taken into account in the actual salary offer.

• Provides thought leadership as a recognized expert for Program requirements gathering, architecture, roadmap development, and communication • Leads solution selection and design efforts for new Program capabilities and solutions for which there is an identified business need • Applies in-depth knowledge of industry best practices, compliance obligations (SOX, PCI, etc.) • Manages the Program service catalog and budget inputs • Leads, directs, and mentors other staff to ensure ongoing improvement in solution quality and effectiveness • Provides expert level Program solution consulting to ensure the best possible program solutions (people, process, and technology) are applied to effectively and efficiently meet business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• More than ten years of experience working with all security domains and associated security technologies; • More than ten years of experience designing secure architectures to solve difficult business problems; • More than ten years of experience working in information technology; • More than ten years of experience using program technology stack solutions.

• Proficient Knowledge of new and emerging cybersecurity technologies
