WHERE YOU ARE GOING.
- The TJX organization's data loss prevention, practice governance, and information security are all the responsibility of the IT Security division. Our international team uses knowledge and in-depth business understanding to inspire confidence in all business partners, investors, and clients.
- As an IT security manager, you will be in charge of a team that helps deliver our security services. You will be the team's leader and make sure that we are providing services in accordance with our agreed-upon service levels while exceeding or meeting customer expectations.
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable professional to act as team leader for a team that offers IT security services. Your expert team-building and talent-development skills will be put to use with a focus on career development and the upkeep of a continuous talent pipeline, from early-career associates to seasoned professionals. You will have control over the daily operations.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED.
We are seeking creative, security-conscious professionals to safeguard TJX and its assets. To make sure that our services are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with our security policy while being risk-averse, you'll work with analysts, product managers, product owners, end users, IT leaders, and other experts.
- expertise managing a global IT service delivery team that prioritizes security, including access control, data security, network security/firewall rules, PKI certificates, etc.
- a security mindset that prioritizes preventing incidents and minimizing their effects on the business.
- prior experience in direct people-leading.
- ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain difficult IT concepts to people with no IT background.
- agility in acquiring new applications and technologies in order to provide the appropriate support.
- awareness of where to find and how to focus efforts on improvement.
- collaborating with and promoting Service Management (ITIL) best practices within various organizations.
- acquired proficiency in creating and carrying out a team strategy or roadmap.
A PROFITABLE CANDIDATE SHALL HAVE:.
- Experience in IT spanning more than 8 years.
- a minimum of three years of experience in leading IT security.
- a bachelor's degree in information assurance, technology, or a related field, or its equivalent.
- experience creating and leading remote teams globally.
The following credentials are preferred:.
- experience leading multinational teams and service partners.
- being familiar with security measures.
- understanding of regulatory compliance (SOX, PCI, FTC) and security measures.
- ITSM and ServiceNow expertise.
- knowledge of managing infrastructure, applications, and desktops.
