The Identity and Access Management group at Costco is in charge of developing and implementing Identity Management solutions that are in line with the goals and requirements of the company. The Foundational Services Team's identity management system(s)' operational stability is the responsibility of this position.

Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting solutions related to the integration of the Identity Management Solution(s) are the responsibilities of the Identity Analyst. They also have to manage expectations with application stakeholders. In addition, the maintenance, performance and capacity planning, security, and support aspects of infrastructure and application management will fall under this position's purview.

Job:

• ●      Creates, sends and keeps up with secret key administration, client account lifecycle, endorsement the board and framework verification arrangements inside tasks.
•  Works with Costco teams to help provide design patterns and security/IAM best practices.
•  Provides products and services that make it possible for Operations to implement efficient Identity and Access Management.
•  Requires compliance with IAM principles, such as: password management, audit logging, RBAC, certificate issuance and revocation, and least privilege access.
•  Creates environment topologies and standards and documents them.
•  Provides a senior point of contact for more difficult issues. carries out a root cause analysis, ensures prompt recovery from outages, and implements preventative measures.
•  Looks for opportunities to automate, document, share, educate, and enhance processes while also serving as a mentor for others on the team.
•  Collects requirements from internal clients and contributes technical expertise in security and IAM to the creation of initiative requirements.
•  Ensures that the proposed and current systems architectures are in line with the goals, standards, and objectives of the organization.
•  Creates a project solution outline in collaboration with other Solution Architects.
•  Contributes to the team by interpreting and presenting enterprise, technical, project, and operational strategies.
•  Contributes to the planning, design, and development of new capabilities and application enhancements.
• ●      Sets course/tone (working with Group Chief and Venture Supervisors) to lay out rhythm for project execution.
• Leads or conducts solution reviews on behalf of team members and contributes or owns review criteria.

A minimum of three years of hands-on IdM experience in one or more of the following areas is required: PAM, AD, AAD, federation, cryptography, or MFA

•  Two years of experience documenting process flows and solution designs.
• ●      2 years' in IdM conventions and norms.
•  Two years of experience implementing IAM services and technologies.
•  Expert comprehension of standard engineering concepts like performance, redundancy, high availability, and redundancy.
• • Proficient writing and speaking communication skills.
• • You must be able to work on your own initiative and prioritize your tasks.
• • You must be able to think outside the box and have excellent problem-solving skills.
• ●      Answerable for proceeded with self-awareness in the space of innovation, business information, and Costco approaches.

Strong scripting skills in powershell or related scripting languages are recommended for this position, which will include rotational 24x7x365 on-call duties.
