•  The Digital Solution Delivery organization at TJX focuses on the customer-driven experiences around the world, along with all of TJX's eCommerce domains, mobile apps, loyalty programs, in-store digital experiences, and more. We are designers and producers bringing the well-known treasure hunt experience from TJX to new audiences and fans.
•  As a Full Stack Staff Engineer, eCommerce, you will be the team leader on exciting projects. In this capacity, you have the chance to significantly affect the layout, structure, and operation of web shops used by your friends and relatives. You'll be primarily responsible for the end-to-end feature delivery. You will work together with multidisciplinary staff members and business partners to develop solutions.

You will be in charge of leading the development of eCommerce platforms that support a superior user experience using agile development methodologies, market-leading tools, and cutting-edge technologies.
•  You must be able to work well in a team environment and be adaptable and receptive. This includes producing work of exceptional quality as well as creating documentation and ensuring designs adhere to specifications.

 Minimum standards.

•  Java. Particularly, working knowledge of Java, JEE, Spring, APIs, Design Patterns, and SQL; some familiarity with the most recent HTML, JavaScript, and CSS standards.
•  5 to 8 years of experience with deployments, web app development, and system design and architecture.
•  demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines while providing high-quality solutions.
•  Good.
•  Sound coding practices, such as good design documentation, unit testing, and peer code reviews, support team members with mentoring and assistance during software development, release planning, and deployment.
•  passion for developing and improving web store features; aptitude for learning and adjusting to novel, complex development environments.
•  Along with superior decision-making, planning, and problem-solving skills, you should have strong ownership, drive, and a customer-focused attitude.

 Preferred Conditions.

•  Oracle ATG Commerce or another platform knowledge would be advantageous.
•  UI/UX, DevOps, Cloud, Micro Services, Jira, Confluence, and Jenkins expertise.
