 The position's duties include maintaining financial reports, monitoring costs and budgets, keeping track of commitments from internal and external consultants and contractors, establishing budgets and performing financial sensitivity analyses as necessary, ensuring that crucial internal control procedures are followed, that crucial information is accurate and communicated to leaders on a timely basis, and fostering relationships with internal customers.

 The Financial Analyst position will be a member of the Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) Finance team, which supports the creation of crucial planning frameworks like the Annual Operating Plan and long-term plan to help with the conception, design, production, and construction of projects within the WDI structure. i. partners in this capacity. n several key business areas with responsibilities including (but not limited to):.

•  Create and coordinate important financial processes (Annual Operating Plan and Forecasts, long-term plan).
•  responsible for assessing actual financial results and/or potential new business proposals.
•  Produce and keep up-to-date thorough financial reports using a variety of tools and software.
•  Make budgets, project cash flow forecasts, create spreadsheet tools, and financial models to analyze key performance indicators, perform ad hoc analyses, and create budgets.

 Necessary qualifications for the position:

•  DCF analysis skills that have been proven.
•  strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•  the capacity to manage numerous projects simultaneously and across various disciplines in a high-stakes team setting.
•  excellent preparation and attention to detail.
•  comprehensive knowledge of how accounting entries affect the income statement, balance sheet, and other financial reports.
•  has practical knowledge of accounting controls (e. g. budgeting and forecasting).
•  showed a dedication to detail and effective organizational skills.
•  shown mastery of presentation software, databases, and spreadsheets in a Windows environment.
•  high levels of speaking and writing communication.
•  the ability to oversee several projects at once and different functional areas in a flexible team setting.
•  exceptional communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
•  capable of starting immediately.
•  one to two years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
•  experience with SAP and business intelligence applications like Power BI and Tableau.
•  prior employment in the building, construction, entertainment, attractions, and real estate sectors.

 Academic background needed:

•  an undergraduate degree in economics, finance, or a related subject.
