 Starbucks Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis is seeking a seasoned executive for a finance manager position so that you can influence the course of Starbucks' global reporting. Impactful reporting and analysis are provided from this highly visible position to our chief financial officer, executive leadership team, and board of directors. We are looking for a leader who is detail-oriented, passionate about building connections with others, and eager to bring about change. As we set out on a journey to develop and enhance Starbucks' reporting capabilities, we are looking for a leader who will assist us in developing this vision and igniting change.

 You'll be in charge of managing money.

  •  In charge of enterprise reporting and analysis, you will head a team of financial professionals and be responsible for our global margin analysis as well as our month- and quarter-end analysis and commentary. The chief financial officer, the board of directors, the executive leadership team, investor relations, and the larger business unit finance teams are the primary audiences for your teams' outputs.
  •  Drive efficiencies and enhancements to our reporting and operational procedures, which necessitates close collaboration with colleagues across the Finance organization and strategic thought.

  •  5-7 years of progressively responsible financial management experience, including financial analysis, variance analysis, cost allocation, fact-finding, or auditing.
  •  Experience in forecasting and setting budgets for three to five years.
  •  ideally, previous management or supervision experience.
