We are seeking a senior facilities professional with experience, dependability, and high motivation to join our team and manage the facilities upkeep of Apple's retail stores in the AMR Central and South East region.

- 4+ years of experience in construction/facilities management, with a focus on designing and/or maintaining exceptional retail spaces or workplaces.

Description.
- The Facilities Manager Facilities Leader should have proven experience in facilities management with a focus on managing buildings as outstanding retail spaces, delivering top-notch outcomes at the most reasonable cost. In the AMR Central and South East region, this position will be responsible for providing facilities services for Apple retail stores.
- Engage and support the region's retail businesses proactively at all times, attend to their needs, and visit the businesses at least twice a month to conduct thorough service reviews and oversee any significant work.
- Conduct regularly scheduled, structured site visits to each of the designated store locations in coordination and close communication with leadership from the store, market, and global retail support organization to identify and document any issues that may be affecting the operation of the stores.
- Work with the vendors and suppliers to successfully meet the needs of the store with the contracted maintenance services. To ensure that operations are provided in a timely and cost-effective manner, lead facilities will coordinate the response to emergencies that may impact operations. They will also help staff members and contractors.
- By providing regular, prescriptive feedback to all cross-functional teams, including those for real estate, design, innovation, standards, merchandising, direct sourcing, security, ISandamp;T, etc., you can promote functional and operational excellence for all projects and programs.
