 As we have a significant impact on Starbucks technology, our Partners, and our Customers, we are looking for talented Senior Full-Stack developers with AWS Connect Telephony experience to join us.

 This position contributes to the success of Starbucks by offering superior, dependable, and stable technologies and security capabilities in support of the Starbucks Telephony platform, which manages numerous call centers that collectively handle more than 10 million calls annually. This position is responsible for the installation, configuration, monitoring, analysis, maintenance, and technical support of the platform. Additionally, this position will help to make sure that the design and operation of our systems reflect Starbucks' guiding principles.

 Major Tasks Summary.

•  creates and maintains baseline system configurations and security measures to support industry best practices and standards for secure application development.

 Minimum standards.

 Education (minimum education level, degree or certification required):.

•  software development experience of 4–8 years in the industry.
•  Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field.

 Preferred qualifications.

•  5+ years' experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Development stack including:.
•  API entry point.
•  Lambda.
•  S3.
•  DynamoDB.
•  CloudFront.
•  CloudWatch.
•  Experience with modern Node in all facets for at least five years. TypeScript and JavaScript's js package also contains ES Classes, Async/Await, and the AWS SDK.
•  For more than three years, Redux and React have been in use.
•  five or more years of experience writing unit tests, including service mockups, and running unit tests.
•  Over the course of five years, gain experience identifying and resolving production problems.
•  project management knowledge in SCRUM/Agile.

 Desirable credentials.

•  shown proficiency in task automation, code optimization, and debugging.
•  design, analysis, and problem-solving of large-scale distributed systems.
•  a history of converting information into business recommendations.
