The company's Digital Solution Delivery organization focuses on all of TJX's eCommerce websites, mobile apps, loyalty programs, in-store digital experiences, and other digital initiatives. We are designers and creators who are introducing TJX's renowned treasure hunt to new audiences and fans.
As a Full Stack Staff Engineer, eCommerce, you will spearhead exciting initiatives for our eCommerce team. You will be a knowledgeable subject-matter practitioner. Being in this position gives you the chance to have a big impact on the look, feel, and functionality of web stores used by your friends and family. Your main duty will be to deliver features from start to finish. You will work together with coworkers from various departments as well as business partners to develop and build solutions.

You will direct the creation of eCommerce platforms that support a superior user experience using agile methodologies, best practices for software development, and cutting-edge tools and technologies.
- You must be able to work well in a team environment and be adaptable and receptive. In order to accomplish this, documentation must be made, designs must adhere to specifications, and top-notch work must be produced.
Minimum standards that must be met.
- Java. Particularly, hands-on experience with Java, JEE, Spring, APIs, Design Patterns, and SQL; some familiarity with the most recent HTML, JavaScript, and CSS standards.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in deployments, web application development, and system design and architecture.
- successful track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time.
- Good.
- During software development, release planning, and deployment, good coding practices, such as thorough design documentation, unit testing, and peer code reviews, provide team members with direction and support.
- Enthusiasm for developing and improving web store features; capacity to pick up new skills quickly and adapt to complex development environments.
- Along with superior judgment, planning, and problem-solving abilities, you should have a strong focus on your customers and a strong sense of ownership and drive.

Preferred Conditions.
- Knowledge of another platform, such as Oracle ATG Commerce, would be advantageous.
