We're looking for a data strategy manager to join the data science and analytics team who has strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity. In this role, you will be responsible for using data to drive improvements across DTCI's portfolio of services. You will develop, lead, and manage fresh strategies while working with cross-functional teams to make sure the company's growth and overall bottom line.
- Maintain the data strategy roadmap's audience modeling, measurement, and insights sections.
- Make sure that business needs are assessed, tracked, and promptly assigned to people in order to aid in the facilitation of the Data Science Intake Process.
- Balance business timelines with scientific rigor to improve decision making while working in an MVP (minimum viable product) model environment.
- Ensure the data science team's internal project facilitation, tracking, and documentation processes are all consistent.
- Organize a cloud data environment while making sure that access is properly controlled and that costs are being tracked.
- You will act as a point of contact for the management of the internal and external data feeds that the modeling team relies on and ensure the data is accurate and meets team needs.
- When additional technical assistance is needed, step in to complete task-oriented work in SQL or other relevant languages.

In New York, salaries for this position range from $156,292 to $$209,700 annually. Internal equity will be taken into account when determining the base pay that is actually offered, and it may also vary based on the candidate's location, knowledge, skills, and experience in the field in question, among other things. In addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, the compensation package may also include a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, depending on the level and position offered.
