 How you'll conduct yourself.

 As a member of the Customer Analytics team, you will complete projects that are driven by data and analytics from start to finish.

  •  applying cutting-edge analytical techniques to answer questions that are both business- and customer-relevant.
  •  Working with other teams to gather the necessary data from a variety of sources so you can use cutting-edge statistical techniques to optimize how well our business can perform.
  •  the gathering, manipulation, cleaning, and analysis of structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  •  Performing exploratory analysis, which includes testing of the hypothesis, statistical inference, and statistical (predictive and/or prescriptive) analysis.
  •  Working together with technical and business stakeholders to transform challenging retail business issues into cutting-edge data science solutions.
  •  Create and implement customer segmentations that are relevant to the strategic objectives of our business in collaboration with other commercial teams and IT.
  •  Work together with teams from other parts of the organization to integrate and centralize customer data for analytics, including but not limited to third-party data, digital behavior, operational metrics, etc. to improve customer awareness across the entire organization.

 Work experience and education are minimum requirements.

  •  a master's or doctoral degree, a bachelor's degree, and at least two years of pertinent work experience in a quantitative field (e. g. engineering, business analytics, statistics, operations research, computer science, and more. ).
  •  knowledgeable about machine learning, data science, and AI-driven techniques.
  •  having knowledge of at least one programming language, e. g. Java, Python, R, etc. ).
  •  practical knowledge of data cleaning, analysis, and extraction.

 Education and work history are preferred qualifications.

  •  SQL and data visualization expertise (e. g. , Tableau.
  •  Experience in the airline, aviation, or transportation industries.
  •  familiarity with distributed computing and/or the cloud (e. g. Spark, Databricks, and AWS).
  •  experience working with Microsoft Azure (storage accounts, service principals, Azure Data Factory, and active directory).
  •  knowledge of correlation, clustering, segmentation, and regression in quantitative marketing.
  •  experience using Random Forest, KNN Neighbors, and XGboost.

 Knowledge, Permits, and Certifications.

  •  proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel at a high level.
  •  Utilizing complex data sets, the capacity to analyze customer data.
  •  strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple projects at once.
  •  knowledge of current marketing trends.
