The Amazon Security Special Programs, Evaluations, Assessments and Response (SPEAR) Operations Support and Services (OS2) team is growing to support the quick expansion of Amazon facilities and associated security operations. We're looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with experience in data team management, business intelligence, and data analytics for a critical position on the OS2 Team. You will be responsible for overseeing OS2's Data & Analytics (DnA) team, delving deeply into data, converting business problems into specifications for analysis, reporting, building and maintaining dashboards, and driving data initiatives for various Amazon business lines and accounts (including GovCloud). This position's holder will offer significant business insights to stakeholders in order to support strategies, operational metrics, security solutions, technology implementation, business decisions, improvement processes, and visibility across organizations. The position requires about 20% international travel in order to guarantee the success of this team's mission.

 ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:.

  •  Senior leaders and other stakeholders should receive reporting, data visualizations, and analysis.

 REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL.

  •  4+ years of relevant experience working as a technical program manager, business analyst, data engineer, or business intelligence analyst.
  •  using Tableau and AWS QuickSight for visualization for more than two years.
  •  SQL competence for reporting and analysis.
