Vehicle Design for Reliability Engineering is looking for a talented Data Analyst with experience in the physical engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, and materials) to take on projects involving simulating the reliability of novel products and technologies in the real world. If you are chosen as a candidate, you will use your knowledge of big data analytics to gather test and field data. You will create interactive visualizations and data pipelines to assist cross-functional teams in making crucial decisions about Tesla's vehicle offerings.
Your Strategy.
- Users can easily access and carry out analyses of large datasets by creating specialized code and scripting in Python or other programming languages.
- Own the development and management of data aggregations and workflows to support reporting on real-time data connections.
- Develop dashboards and other visualizations to efficiently convey analyses to cross-functional teams.
- By integrating with and keeping up with JIRA's backend, you can create unique tools and user interfaces for automatic reporting.
- Improve and maintain projects proactively based on feedback from the larger engineering team and integration with the Data Science, Design, and Test organizations.
What you're bringing?
- There has been evidence of Python and SQL proficiency.
- proficiency in deploying efficient queries in a distributed computing environment, as well as familiarity with Pandas and Pyspark for data manipulation.
- Knowledge of Spark Data Analysis, Airflow, and ETL is required.
