Vehicle Design for Reliability Engineering is seeking an exceptional Data Analyst with experience in the physical engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, and materials) to work on projects involving simulating the reliability of novel products and technologies in the real world. If you are hired, you will gather test and field data using your knowledge of big data analytics. You will construct interactive visualizations and data pipelines to assist cross-functional teams and direct crucial decisions regarding Tesla's vehicle offerings.
What Actions You'll Take.
- It is possible to gain access to and perform quick analyses of large datasets by writing specialized code and scripting in Python or other programming languages.
- Be in charge of designing and managing data aggregations and workflows that support reporting on live data connections.
- Create dashboards and other visuals to effectively communicate analyses to cross-functional teams.
- Develop one-of-a-kind tools and user interfaces for automatic reporting by connecting to and maintaining the JIRA backend.
- Based on suggestions from the larger engineering team and integration with the Data Science, Design, and Test organizations, take proactive steps to maintain and improve projects.
