Tasked with creating, setting up, managing, and testing the organization's information security architecture.

  •  This individual configures, tests, and manages the organization's information security architecture.

 Fundamental prerequisites.

  •  a Bachelor's degree, at least one year of High School or GED coursework, and four or more years of experience working in the IT sector.
  •  understanding of web application security standards, protocols, and tools, including packet analyzers, scripting languages, security management suites, penetration testing tools, and mitigation techniques.
  •  knowledge of identity engineering, security applications engineering, security infrastructure engineering, or any combination of these.
  •  being ready and willing to devote at least 10% of your time to travel for business purposes, both domestically and abroad.

 Recommendations for qualification.

  •  a bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science, or information technology.
  •  understanding of setting up and configuring vulnerability management systems.
  •  extensive penetration testing experience.
  •  Implementation skills for IAST, DAST, MAST, and SAST.
  •  Expertise in data reporting and analysis to spot issues, trends, or outliers to improve results and find solutions.
  •  an understanding of identifying operational problems and formulating and implementing solutions.
  •  Ideally, a CISSP, CISA, or CEH certification.
