  • What will be your impact in this position?
  • Answerable for reaching clients with late records to get the settlement of the record. Additionally, they take preventative measures with high-exposure accounts to avoid future overdue payments.
  • The Analyst Complaints is familiar with the procedures and policies that must be followed as well as the goods and services that are provided to our clients.

He or she is in charge of complaints. Consistently log and handle all standard complaints in accordance with the complaints policy (SLA/compensation grid). This includes conducting a root cause analysis on the complaints to identify the main areas of customer dissatisfaction. In coordination with other departments, this includes creating a detailed response in a timely manner to submit for approval to the Complaints Handling Team Leader. If necessary, this is done under the control of the legal department. Supporting the onboarding of new able to accurately report on data and incidents, he or she works under a team leader's supervision.

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook,...)
