Teams of international AWS Support Engineering engineers implement state-of-the-art cloud computing solutions and fix technical problems. You will be expected as a cloud support engineer to be an early adopter of this ground-breaking technology and to represent all cloud products as the "Cloud Ambassador.". You will be giving our customers the tools and techniques they need to maximize their product and support investment while assisting other global businesses and developers in running their mission-critical applications 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

 ESSENTIAL NEEDS.

•  A bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field, or three years of professional technical support experience.
•  three years or more of cloud computing, virtualization, and orchestration (e. g. an understanding of hypervisors (such as VMware, Xen, etc.
•  3+ years of experience in database administration.
•  at least three years' worth of experience working with distributed systems.
•  3 years or more of information security and compliance experience.
•  Supporting networks and operating systems for three years or more.
•  speaking and writing Chinese with proficiency.

 DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS.

•  PhD or an MS in a related subject.
•  experience with large databases.
•  knowledge of distributed computing and the cloud.
•  managing large-scale Hadoop environments.
