  •  demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting a range of network products (examples: Cisco, Palo Alto).

 EDUCATION: .

 Although a combination of training, professional experience, and education may be taken into account, a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
