The Servicing Business Support Management team that supports Home Preservation, Liquidations, and Customer Contact is looking for a Business Execution Consultant. Within the Business Risk Integration Team, the operational risk activities will specifically fall under the purview of the Business Execution Consultant.

You will be responsible for:
- may oversee an operational risk program, which might include Investor Self Reporting.
- collaborates with business partners to provide operational risk expertise and consulting for large-scale, moderately to highly risky projects and initiatives.
- May serve as Business Resilience Coordinator for the assigned lines of business. Ensure that objectives are met by providing our business partners with direction, feedback, and a credible challenge.
- Review of line-of-business procedures, job aids, online courses, job shadowing, and other methods can help you stay up to date on business procedures.
- To update, organize, and maintain information, documentation, and correspondence for formal records and future reference, adhere to risk foundational methodology.
Perform a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives. Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within the defined scope of work. Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations. Use independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables. Provide guidance in a variety of support functions. Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
- Two or more years' experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning, or equivalent demonstrated by one or more of the following: Education, training, military experience, and work experience are required qualifications.
- Ability to lead and influence working groups Experience collaborating and building successful relationships with business partners Experience facilitating or other related facilitation experience such as group meetings or presentations
