Craft Lobby Stores Inc. in the corporate HR/Benefits Department is looking for a qualified applicant to fill a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. is a privately held business with its main office in Oklahoma City. This position, which is tasked with performing particular, qualified duties, is responsible for administering all benefit and retirement programs. The person in charge of this position is the manager of benefits administration.

- Health, life, long-term disability (LTD), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) benefits administration and communication. Retirement plans (401(k), IRA, and Non-Qualified Plan).
- Investigating and resolving problems with benefit and retirement plans is necessary.
- oversee and uphold the HIPAA Privacy Policy.
- Understanding and interpreting Legal Plan Documents is necessary.
- Accept and uphold agreements and contracts with third parties.
- Maintain an eye on both standard and unique reports.
- Reports and analysis of monthly call volume should be provided to the Leave of Absence and Benefits teams.
- Process and reconcile the check registers for the Medical, Life, LTD, and FSA as well as the deposits for the retirement plans, invoices from vendors, and financial reports.
- help with the annual 401(k) Plan Audit, which entails looking over the 5500, the SARS, and the Financial Statements.
- help with SARS, FSA 5500, life, LTD, annual medical, and other expenses.
- Examine and audit the employee benefit and retirement plans.
- After evaluating the performance and worth of the current programs, make recommendations for improvements.
- Perform any additional responsibilities and tasks related to this assignment.
- It might be necessary to put in extra time on Saturday.

- 3–4 years of experience in the benefits industry.
- understanding of life, health, dental, flex, and LTD insurance.
- experience in the administration of self-insured plans.
- an understanding of how to interact with outside vendors.
- understanding of the 401(k) program.
- possessing an understanding of report analysis and electronic system procedures.
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal, judgment, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the SAP software is preferred.
- A multi-state company background is preferred.
