 For the position of associate strategy manager, Sustainability, in the Global Supply Chain Strategy and Deployment Organization, we are seeking a fearless, strong, and devoted sustainability and supply chain strategist. The creation of a global supply chain sustainability strategy necessitates a thorough knowledge of sustainability and the supply chain, as well as the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups, persuade audiences, and resolve issues.

•  Evaluation, testing, and implementation of new supply chain sustainability initiatives, such as waste management, use of renewable and efficient energy, and sustainable sourcing and suppliers.
•  Maintaining a thorough understanding of the topic of sustainable global supply chains requires ongoing, active pursuit of new insights, trends, and innovations.
•  proactively interpret, share, and apply insights to enhance current strategies, programs, and projects to find opportunities to make a difference and add value.
•  Make recommendations that affect team and corporate strategies, going beyond a particular area of the portfolio.
•  Work together with both internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
•  Develop and implement sustainability initiatives that include deliverables, strategic alignment, enterprise-wide impacts, milestones, risks, assumptions, restrictions, and overall investment.
•  Initiatives should be planned, given a high priority, and then ordered.
•  Make improvements suggestions and put them into practice to address changing mission parameters and needs.
•  To ensure that major benchmarks, financial requirements, and sustainability standards are satisfied and successfully delivered in order to achieve overall goals and objectives, keep an eye on the execution.
