The work description.

  •  Up to 10% of travel time is needed for site visits anywhere in New Jersey for this remote position.
  •  Travel is required to support department operations and field-based staff members.
  •  The Associate Manager upholds the health services' philosophies, programs, policies, and practices while ensuring that strategies are implemented to realize the strategic direction for cost and quality outcomes.
  •  This role seeks out opportunities to implement cutting-edge techniques and best practice methodologies in order to better improve outcomes.
  •  The Associate Manager works closely with the staff of the functional area and with the outlier teams to ensure consistency in interventions. He or she is also in charge of achieving the unit's objectives.

 Pay scale.

 The standard pay scale for this position is:.

  •  Minimum: 78,000.
  •  Up to 168,000.

 For all positions in the job grade for which this position is classified, this pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary. A number of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors, will be taken into consideration when determining the actual base pay offer. A CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program may be available for this position in addition to the base pay range mentioned above.

 Essential qualifications.

  •  -Any Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health license issued by the state of New Jersey, which must be current and unrestricted. (Previously LCSW).
  •  -Clinical experience of at least two years.
  •  -Able and ready to travel up to 10% of the time anywhere in New Jersey.
