 ROLE.

 Reviews and analyses of software asset data are done, and the underlying causes of anomalies and issues with data integrity are found. From small, single-system exports to large, comparative exports, data sets are available.

 provides a fix for discrepancies between pulled inventory data and CARTS data. Flexera, CARTS, and other data sources (BigFix, SCCM) may be used to conduct in-depth research.

 Supports all initiatives to improve the software's overall footprint's visibility in software asset management tools. Increasing the amount of information in the tool and ensuring that it is all accurate and complete are the main concerns.

 obtains knowledge of, and expertise in, appropriate asset management policies and procedures for the teams in charge of contracting, managing suppliers, and owning businesses. They also ensure that any new hardware is configured correctly in accordance with Software Asset Management (SAM) specifications and that software installations take into account any hardware retirements.
