- The Asset Management team is looking for a business operation analyst with previous experience who enjoys solving problems and wants to make an impact. a team player with a lot of energy, an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a natural drive to achieve department goals.
- The Asset Management team is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT assets and consumables, from receipt to disposal, including the management of the connections between hardware and software at Costco locations.
- Maintaining software compliance, locating savings opportunities, and giving all business stakeholders visibility into our license position are the primary focuses of our team.

- Performs reviews and analyses of software asset data to discover data integrity issues and anomaly root causes. Data sets range from smaller exports with a single system to larger exports that need to be compared.
- Identifies and resolves inconsistencies between CARTS data and pulled inventory data. This may necessitate in-depth analysis of the data in Flexera, CARTS, and other sources (BigFix, SCCM).
- Provides support for all efforts to improve software asset management tool software footprint visibility. primarily concerned with locating additional information within the tool and ensuring that it is accurate and complete.
Acquires knowledge of, comprehends, and imparts subject matter expertise in the appropriate policies and procedures for asset management across the purchasing, contract, supplier management, and business owner teams; ensures that new hardware is properly configured in accordance with Software Asset Management (SAM) requirements and that software installation reflects any hardware retirements.
- Creates, maintains, and references process documentation. Policy descriptions, reference lists, process flows, or historical logs of issues that were resolved are all examples of this.
- Starts cross-team collaboration with internal and supplier teams and helps team members work on problem solving.
- Provides support for the creation of ITAM Control Book policies. This could mean keeping up with the content that is already there, creating new content, or contributing to the process of thinking of updates where they are needed.

REQUIRED:
