To ensure that the requirements for data quality are strictly followed, the systems data analyst must perform a thorough analysis of the data. The duties of this position include carrying out all lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis and design, developing analytics and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements and flag potential problems. The systems data analyst is essential for creating a data-driven strategy to resolve a client's business problem, for better comprehending the client's business problem, and for analyzing, drawing conclusions, and presenting them to the client. As a client-facing position, the data analyst must be able to communicate complex analytical findings and conclusions.

•  - Prior knowledge of or familiarity with drugs or the medical industry.
•  Create analytical strategies to address issues in business. This involves understanding the problem, finding relevant data, gathering and synthesizing the data in a meaningful way, and applying the appropriate statistical analysis to identify causal relationships and predict future events. The highest standard and meticulous attention to detail are required in all deliverables.
•  -Utilize tools like SSRS, Powerpoint, or Excel to graph, chart, and create dashboards from complex data to create reporting that is easy to understand. Presenting findings and reporting to clients and internal executive management may also be necessary.
•  -Create repeatable jobs and procedures using the MS SQL Server platform to gather and analyze data, evaluate the effectiveness of controls, assess the accuracy of reports, and optimize operations.
•  - Work together with Wellpartner's customers and suppliers to pinpoint and fix any data-related issues they may be having.
•  - Collaborating with and influencing clients and customers to develop analytic models, methodologies, and reports that support Wellpartner products and services.
•  - Sorting out conflicting client requests to prioritize those that will have the biggest impact.
